​I’m so excited to invite you to my Self-Love and Self-Celebration Workshop – a space where we’ll explore what it means to genuinely embrace and celebrate ourselves. Lacking in self-confidence and self-worth can have a huge impact on the way we live (and don’t live) our lives, so this workshop is designed to go straight to the core and help us start to build a new, more connected and loving foundation to move forward on.

 

This workshop is for you if:

• Self-criticism often speaks louder than self-love

• You’re feeling a bit stuck or lost

• You struggle to connect to yourself

• You’re feeling like something is missing

• You need an energy clearing or boost    

 

Together, we’ll dive into powerful exercises and reflective practices designed to help:

       Tea and fruit are provided

       Feel free to bring a small plate for a shared lunch (a couscous salad, chicken, veg soup & chicken and veg soup will be provided, however if you have a special diet, please feel free to bring your own food or utilise the local cafes nearby)
